Leaders of NORCECA are good will ambassadors

 

ORANJESTAD, Aruba, October 27, 2007.- The President of FIVB sent a message of solidarity to all delegates gathered together on the occasion of the XIX NORCECA Congress in the capital of Aruba.

 

Dr. Ruben Acosta Hernandez praised the achievements attained by NORCECA in recent years both in terms of sport as also in organization and observance of its obligations and responsibilities.

 

The leader of the volleyball and beach volleyball governing body considered all the delegates as “good will ambassadors and devoted people who dedicate their time to elevate the sport to its current position as one of the top disciplines in the planet.”

 

“We are very confident of all the men and women within NORCECA who have embraced the idea of developing volleyball and beach volleyball in their respective countries,” says the statement.

 

“I wish you can have a fruitful congress in Aruba and it is my hope that once again I can see all the representative of the 35 National Federations of NORCECA during our World Congress next year in Dubai.”
